BOO! haha.. erm.. i heard complains bout 25 is too X.. plz larx.. nt askin u all to pay 25 its juz in case onli... confirm pay lesser den tt.. and anyway.. now with bout 18ppl coming frm our class.. each person oreadi have to pay 9.7 for the chalet lor.. moreover stiu need food... if u all juz wan chicken wings den u all can juz pay me 15bucks.. n confirm settled... anyway.. i came out with a list of food n necessities for the bbq.. here are the list.. chicken wings 4packets.. bcuz each packet have about 12.. so 4packet each person can have at least 2 chicken wings. then taiwan hotdog have to check whether izzit hala or nt.. if nt.. den cannot buy.. but tentatively will be abt 2 packets.. the normal hotdogs will be 3packets.. sotong will be bout 500g.. stingray oso 500g.. prawns 1kg.. satay 100sticks.. otah 50 4 packet of marshmallows.. sweet potatoes n corn.. 1 watermelon n 2packet of grapes.. dis is for the food.. then we will get ard 2packets of charcoles... 1box of margerine.. i packet of starter...1 wire gauze*depending on the pit* .. plates forks spoons cups and tissues.. this will be the things we will buy.. tongs.. water container.. aluminium foil.. sambal/chilli/tomato sauce.. to cut cost i need u all to help bring some.. and yes.. the drinks.. buying packet drinks will be too high cost.. n so can we make it up with syrup drinks?? if yes.. someone have to bring the water container along n oso wad type of syrup drinks... anyway.. dis is bout it.. if the food is like nt enuff.. say so on the tag board den i will add on the list.. and ya wad type of marinating sauce u all wan for the chicken wings oso.. till den.. buaiz!! Dear 4e3, sorry to keep u all waiting for the update.. and sorry for having so many changes..
initially dharni's mum booked the sentosa holiday chalet.. but due to many problems arise like ppl last min cant make it as its too far n stuff.. we cancelled the sentosa holiday chalet.. and as time is not by our side.. booking of aloha loyang its tough as it will cost us 166 per nite instead of 65 which my mum can help to get.. and so aloha loyang is out of the qns.. after much thinking n discussion... we manage to get chalet at downtown east.. we gt 2rooms.. to provide sufficient space *hopefully* for everyone.. and after the change of location.. frm a confirmation list of 6 ppl it grew to 15 ppl now.. n many are still confirming.. n bcuz of offer tt christine manage to get.. we are payin 166 for 2 rooms for 3days 2nites.. yup.. and add another 10bucks for bbq pit.. n tt will cost us 176 for the chalet.. if at present, 15 ppl goin.. each person will have to pay 11bucks for the chalet..yea.. its much cheaper den booking of sentosa holiday chalet.. yup.. and the food will probably cost another 12bucks each.. so tt means if 15 ppl goin each person pay 23.. if more den 15 ppl goin.. u pay lesser.. erm.. food wise is still 12bucks.. sorry.. bcuz we wanna give u all the best.. unless u all juz wan a limitation of chicken wings..in fact 12 maynt get the best.. but i will try my best to get the best food ya..
and u all have to bring the money wen u all come for the chalet.. im sorry.. but if u will be coming for the bbq onli.. u have to pay for the chalet too bcuz right now we r all stiu students.. n we need to try to minimise the cost each person come out.. yup.. and so each person will pay 25 or lesser for the chalet.. persuade 4e3sians to come bcuz after dis gathering.. we may nt have another gathering already.. yup.. and the chalet will be frm 24 to 26.. so 25 will be the bbq.. ms heng aka Ex-Village Head will be present on the 25 oso.. so we can have lots of catch up to do together.. and if u all wan to play games n stuff.. bring it along.. ya.. dis are some information to update u guys.. bout wad time to meet on the 24 upon checking in n stuff.. will update u guys soon!! so prepare the money.. camera.. n urself for the chalet.. hope to see u guys dere..! take care-amanda
